How to avoid jet lag?

Hi! My name is Edwin Jesús Brito Martinez, I’m currently 21 years old, I'm the oldest of three, I was born in Cuernavaca on February 2^nd 1999, I’m a Programmer Technician and Mechatronic Technician, and I'm a Mechatronics Engineering student at UTEZ.
