Jet lag, also called "jet lag disorder," is a temporary sleep problem that can affect anyone who travels quickly through multiple time zones.

The body has its own internal clock, or circadian rhythms, that tells you when to stay awake and when to sleep. Jet lag occurs because the body clock is still in sync with your original time zone, rather than the time you have traveled to.

Jet lag can lead to daytime fatigue, malaise, difficulty staying alert, and gastrointestinal issues. Jet lag is temporary, but it can significantly reduce the comfort of your vacation or business trip.To help against that I will give you the following tips

2-Drink plenty of water and avoid coffee and alcohol: This substance dehydrates the body, which will make the phenomenon stronger

3-Rest while traveling will decrease the effect of jetlag

4- No naps
Once you arrive, try not to nap for more than two hours, despite the long and exhausting flight and an early morning arrival.

5. Walk
Walking is always a good idea, especially after sitting on an airplane for hours. Stay active, take a little sightseeing tour and feel the natural light - this is one of the most effective ways to reset your internal clock.


Another very important thing is to organize your bags, here are some tips

1-Wear the most voluminous

2-Take a couple of empty bags
Maybe you never thought about it but one of the key things when packing is to carry at least a couple of empty plastic bags. You can use one of it to carry dirty clothes

3.-Take only necessary you must not exceed in clothing or articles

4.-Wear clothes for any circumstance
