How to avoid jet lag?
What is jet lag?
Sometimes when you travel to other countries, they have a diferent local time, so you have to get use to that difference, if this difference is small it is not a problem, but if this difference is too much, you may need days or weeks to get along with the local time.
So, how to solve this problem?
We have some advices for you to get the jet lag more light for your body:
- Try to change you schedule some days before your trip.
- Change your time while you are in the plane.
- Drink a lot of water.
- Take advantage of the light, all that you can, your body get used to the time more fast.
- Do workout and eat light.

These are some tips to organize you lauggage:
- Make a checklist of all the essentials, you don´t need inecessary weight and you will need space in your bag.
- Leave some bags empty.
- You should introduce your socks in your snickers or shoes to get more space.
- Make outfits and put these together into the bag.
- Read about the specifications of the bags of your airline.
